The SSD D3-S4520 Series (480GB, M.2 80mm SATA 6Gb/s, 3D4, TLC) is specifically designed for server and enterprise environments. It features a 144L TLC 3D NAND lithography type and offers a high capacity of 480GB. The SSD boasts impressive performance specifications, including sequential read speeds of up to 550 MB/s and write speeds of up to 500 MB/s. It achieves random read performance of 85000 IOPS and random write performance of 48000 IOPS for 4K blocks. The latency is optimized with typical sequential read and write latencies of 36μs, as well as read and write latencies of 102μs and 43μs, respectively. With an active power consumption of 3.0W and an idle power consumption of 0.9W, the SSD is highly energy-efficient.
